MODERN PRESS SHOP

The press shop has over 60 presses with varying capacities, ranging from 30 tons to 350 tons including presses with Automatic roll feed attachment for running progressive dies. The unit has successfully developed progressive dies for stampings for upto 300mm. Larger stampings are generally manufactured by use of single Blow Gang slotting dies instead of conventional single notching technology, thus creating a product that is vastly superior in accuracy. This factor greatly enhances the ultimate quality of the end product of our clients. The unit has its own automatic coil slitting line, apart from utilities in the form of adequate captive power generation facility and compressed air arrangements.
