TOOL ROOM AND DESIGN FACILITIES

A good deal of sophistication has been built into the basic manufacturing inputs. The press shop and the tools & dies designed to be manufactured by CNC wire EDM Machines, Imported Jig Boring Machines, Jig grinding machines, Imported Spark Erosion Machine and a large number of superior indigenous machines make it one of most sophisticated plants this side of the country. Captive facility for the making of tools and dies gives a very conspicuous advantage. It enables the unit to take up projects from concept to commissioning and provides continued tool room supports to leading industries.

We design our own laminations and also design laminations according to customers' own specification.

Our factory is fully equipped with in-house tool manufacturing and design facilities. The tool room is equipped with three sophisticated CNC wire EDMs, Jig Grinding, Jig Boring, Cylindrical Grinding, Precision Surface Grinding.

A large number of dies exist for conventional and non-conventional stampings and more and more specific designs are continuously developed to meet new requirements of Motor engineering and a host of support machines and measuring instruments. Thus catering to ever changing customer requirements.
